This is usually cash, and they have ladies who are designated to be the cashiers who give you receipts and proof of payment after paying. Once you pay, you wait for the day the party is held and there is nothing that happens, even the location that you are given upon paying will be just a location where nothing of that sort is. Claiming your money back after being duped in such a way is shameful and that is how it usually ends
